Executive Leadership Rooted in Trust, Operations, and Accountability

Sarah Kelley brings a diverse executive background grounded in operational leadership, financial stewardship, and organizational execution across the private sector, technology services, nonprofit leadership, and entrepreneurship.

Her career began in a high-trust leadership role as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Mountain Roofing Systems, where she spent five years operating at the executive level—supporting strategic decision-making, managing organizational priorities, and ensuring leadership initiatives moved from intent to execution. Working directly alongside executive leadership required discretion, foresight, and the ability to anticipate needs before they surfaced—skills that continue to define her leadership style.

Financial Stewardship and Operational Discipline in Technology Services

Sarah later served for six years as Chief Financial Officer at Raptor IT, where she led financial oversight, operational planning, and business management within a fast-moving technology services environment. In this role, she partnered closely with leadership to support sustainable growth, manage operational and financial risk, and maintain financial clarity aligned with long-term strategy.

Her experience at the intersection of finance and IT services strengthened her ability to evaluate technology investments, manage scaling organizations, and ensure that operational decisions were both financially sound and strategically aligned.
